Terms and Conditions
Please read before making an appointment
- The Terms and Conditions are applicable to all bookings made directly through this website or the Faces By Phe App.
- The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales only.
- Please ensure you arrive to your appointments on time. If you are 10 minutes late, we will unfortunately be unable to treat you and you will be marked as a no show. Please plan your journey in advance and allow extra time for traffic.
- PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN HAVING THE COVID-19 VACCINE YOU MUST WAIT AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFOREHAND OR 3 WEEKS POST VACCINE FOR ANY FILLER & BOTOX TREATMENT.
- Before confirming and booking an appointment with us please ensure you are of age. 18+ ONLY If you look under the age of 25 you WILL be asked to provide valid ID. If this cannot be provided, the deposit paid will be held and non refundable.
- If, for any reason, you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice for your deposit to be carried over. If your booking is cancelled by us, due to an emergency, we will hold any deposits paid for a reschedule of the original booking. Deposits are held for a duration of up to 3 months. Bookings can only be rescheduled up to 3 times from the original booking.
- Deposits are non refundable. Deposits will be lost if you are a ‘no show’ or cancel the booking under the 48 hour duration and do not attend your appointment, masterclass or training course. For ‘no shows’ or Individuals failing to provide 48 hours cancellation notice, a 100% service charge of the total booking cost shall be incurred. Extenuating circumstances may be considered upon request. Failure to make payments in a timely manner of these penalties or service charges shall result in legal action to recover such costs. Please attend your booking alone & have the remaining balance cash on the day or bank transfer available incase of any technical issues with our card machine.

- In the event of lateness exceeding 10 minutes, a 20% service charge of the original booking shall be incurred, as a consequence of breaching our lateness policy.
- If you are 65 or over you must provide a doctors note prior to the appointment.
- If you have recently been on a course of ANY antibiotics or steroids you MUST complete your prescribed course and wait a further 2 weeks post completion to receive any aesthetics treatments.
- Under no circumstances do we inject dermal fillers whilst pregnant or lactating.
